January Reflections: Happy New Year from My Hair My Health PDX

Dear Village,

As we step into a new year, we’re holding space for fresh beginnings, deeper breaths, and renewed intentions. A new year invites us to slow down just enough to reconnect with ourselves, with one another, and with the joy that comes from being in community. We’re grateful to begin this next chapter alongside you.

On Saturday, February 7, we invite you to join us at The Encorepreneur Cafe for the Beautiful Black Women Gathering, an evening designed to help us pause, laugh, and simply be. It’s a chance to relax, share stories, and nourish our spirits in a warm and welcoming space.

However you’re welcoming this year; we wish you peace, joy, and continued wellness. We can’t wait to see what we create together in 2026!

With gratitude, love, and renewed hope,

Adejoke Babatunde & Dr. Joyce Senior
Executive Director & Deputy Director
